seriously?

Tonight a man in a kilt asked me to come inside because "the water is warm" Does this happen to normal people?? Other than the fact that he wasn't the only one there wearing a kilt...
(I dropped someone off at a Celtic concert and there were, in fact, several men there wearing kilts. I didn't stay long and just thought the invitation was rather strange. As it did not make sense to me, I stared at him, then turned and walked away.)

I may or may not have a special talent for getting myself lost...

Tonight I drove around in giant circles again. I need to stop second-guessing myself. I'll be heading the right direction, and then make a wrong turn, even though I know I should have gone the other way. Soon I will figure out where everything is around here. Either that, or start walking because I can't afford gas. ;)

Life is full of adjustments...I just didn't think this one would be so hard. I need to find something profitable to do with my time. I can't just mope around and do nothing. So, my new accomplishment in life will be to discover a new hobby, or leisure activity, or just something to keep my mind off myself. Plus, I need to settle in, make some new friends and learn where everything is in this neighborhood. Here comes my next adventure!
